I started to use this Shilajit brand for last few weeks. I find the Shilajit to be consistent in texture. It smells very earthy, moreover I feel very energetic throughout the day. I used to take the energy drinks in the afternoon earlier, but no more.

Shilajit smells like burned wood & has a similar bitter taste to it. I only eat whole, natural foods & do intermittent fasting, so I taste everything at face value. It's bitter but doable.The product comes in a tiny jar with a cute little metal spoon for dosing. I have has Shitajit resin from other companies. This one is very similar. I take it for the benefits of fulvic acid and trace minerals. It mixes well in warm water. This supplement is made at a US GMP certified facility in small batches and has been 3rd party tested by a ISO-17025 certified lab.. They provide a Certificate of Analysis.
