Shilajit smells like burned wood & has a similar bitter taste to it. I only eat whole, natural foods & do intermittent fasting, so I taste everything at face value. It's bitter but doable. The product comes in a tiny jar with a cute little metal spoon for dosing. Just put a bit on the spoon & hook it to the rim of your teacup, if you like.Packed with amino acids, minerals, & specific acids that are naturally sourced in the Himalayas, this product is sought after for its natural benefits to include energy & vibrant health. There are reportedly natural antidepressant qualities in shilajit resin, along with many other unsupported claims. Make sure you dose it correctly. Read all the directions & understand the ingredients.I am giving the product a chance but haven't seen benefits I can directly attribute to it, just yet. I am also living a balanced lifestyle with exercise, proper nutrition, & intermittent fasting, so I do feel fabulous already.
